Owners with semi-active suspension: did a professional setup still make a noticeable difference, and what can actually be adjusted mechanically?

    Yes. Spring preload and geometry still need to match the rider; electronics cannot correct a poor mechanical baseline.

    The shop documented sag, fork position, tire pressure, and mode settings. That made later changes understandable instead of random.
